Goodness what a few weeks I have had!! I have finally got over the flue, which was driving me mental, but not half as crazy as the huge blood blister I got in a very unmentionable place, that prevented me from sitting on a chair, and consequently meant I couldn't chat to all my friends on the net.

By the time I managed to get back on the net I had so many emails to sort out it was total bedlam.

Having said that I have now nearly finished editing my latest book 'Weight Off ' and I should have its website up and running in the near future, with affiliate links and everything else done shortly after.

So many people have emailed and contacted me for help in how to get noticed on the net, it seems everyone and their mother have problems with this, no matter what they are doing on the net that I decided to tell you all below the latest thing out that works, and which right now won't cost you an arm and a leg to get up and running!
