With corruption on the scale in Jersey human rights are being abused extraordinarily and no checks and balances are in place to prevent it occurring.

It is unknown how long the cover ups can or will continue in the island, but without a doubt it cannot continue forever, and the lump of what has been swept under the carpet is so huge that bit by bit it is seeping out into the public domain via the Jersey grapevine with the help of the Jersey citizen media bloggers.

Even BBC Radio Jersey who appear to be forever siding with the elitist regime of States members and who do not report on 90% of what is really happening in the island occasionally cannot help but let the odd thing out of the bag such as the below audio of Lenny Harper, the former Deputy Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police Force being interviewed on Monday the 27th of June 2011 by Roger Bara, who comes over as very establishment and somewhat uncomfortable doing the interview, judge for yourself.
